“Mường” Pork meat – A tasty small piece

“Lợn Mường” means a kind of pig from Moc Châu Province which be feed by the Mương people in here…It is a specialty dish indispensable in entertaining feast of ethnic minorities northwest region. Pigs Muong can be processed into many different dishes and pork are many diners Muong considered lean, low-fat, delicious and naturally sweet taste.

Muong are small breeds pigs from 12 kg or less, characterized by a long, black hair, small feet and a three-foot hole in the coat. Pigs are feeding ethnic relatives scattered across the highlands like Phu Tho, Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai …. Due to natural grazing, eating only grass, bamboo shoots and vegetables should Pigs Muong fat, venison and fresh, eat crunchy thick envelope.
